Second, spraying guns in stainless steel sandblasting process is unstable. When its walking speed is slower and the walking speed is faster, the sand sprayed by the two within the unit time is the same, but the distribution area of sand is smaller than the former, and then larger. Because the same sand distribution is distributed, the same sand distribution On the surface of different sandblasting area, it causes dense phenomena.
Third, stainless steel sandblast machining equipment is unstable during operation. When the air compressor is used for multiple spray guns, or the air pressure and air flow of the air compressor are insufficient, the air pressure is difficult to stabilize. When the air pressure is high, the inhaled and sprayed sand is more. There are fewer ejaculation. The amount of sand is sprayed with a large amount, and the sand surface will appear dense, and when the amount of sand is sprayed with a small amount, the sand surface will be sparse.
