Steel shot is commonly used for descaling and rust removal of steel workpieces before coating, and centrifugal shot blasting equipment is often used in this situation. The spherical shape and relatively low hardness prevent the steel shot from causing significant wear on the equipment. Steel shot is also commonly used in the casting industry. After the workpiece is taken out of the mold, the sand on the surface of the workpiece is removed with steel shot.

Melting high-quality molten steel, then spraying it with a high-pressure water spray gun to form steel balls. The formed steel balls are homogenized in one heating, and then quenched. After quenching, the steel shot is dried in the furnace and subjected to secondary heating and tempering to achieve the appropriate hardness. The tempered steel shot is then sieved through a mechanical sieve into grades that meet SEA standards for use in shot blasting equipment. Products with different particle sizes and hardness correspond to different processes, such as steel rust removal and surface strengthening. When adding new steel balls, follow the method of adding small amounts frequently.

Steel balls are made from high-quality raw materials such as scrap steel, rare metals, and alloys with optimal ratios. They are melted in an electric furnace and produced into steel pellets using modern equipment. After multiple electric heating treatments and automatic screening, the chemical composition and particle size are strictly controlled during the process of forming steel pellets from liquid metal to ensure that their mechanical properties meet various uses. There is strict quality management in every production detail, and the internal organization of the produced steel balls is tight, not easy to break, with uniform particle size distribution, suitable hardness, strong impact resistance, and long service life.
