1. If the equipment is in normal operation: there may be problems with the quality of steel shot;
2. If the equipment is new or has not been repaired for a long time: A. There is a problem with the separator of the shot blasting machine: the new equipment may not be debugged well, resulting in uneven separation of the separator curtain, resulting in small particles and dust not being sucked away by the dust collector; if the equipment has not been repaired for a long time, it may be that the separator is blocked due to long-term use and cannot effectively separate dust. B. There is a problem with the dust collector of the shot blasting machine: the dust collector bag (filter cartridge) is blocked and needs to be replaced, resulting in too little wind force, and small particles and dust cannot be sucked away.
3. The equipment has just been overhauled: If this phenomenon has not occurred before, it has just occurred after the overhaul. Most of the time, someone deliberately adjusted the dust collector, separator or directional sleeve angle, thus causing the phenomenon that the steel shot is not durable.
