In such a situation, the first thing to do is to self-clean the steel grit. The impurities mixed in steel sand are divided into solid impurities and soluble salts.
1. Solid impurities can be cleaned by air cleaning, and steel sand can be recycled by an automatic sand washing separator during the recycling cycle. Through this method, most of the large impurities and one-third of the dust can be cleaned.
2. Soluble salts must be removed by regular water washing. During the recycling process, steel grit for different purposes can be rotated.
