The heated steel shot slips into the orifice plate of the fluidized bed through the slide pipe at the upper right of the fluidized bed, and the cold wind with wind pressure and wind speed flows out from the small hole of the orifice plate of the fluidized bed. The cold wind makes the steel shot jump into a semi-suspended state, and at the same time takes away the heat, making it quickly cooled below the MS point and forming a quenching structure. The other end of the air duct is connected to the blower, and the other end of the exhaust hood is connected to the dust collector. The fluidized bed is used to air-cool the steel shot to achieve the purpose of quenching, so that the subsequent drying, rust, environmental pollution and other problems will be solved. Real-time and stepless flow control of the flow is achieved by using the electromagnetic effect on the steel shot. It fundamentally avoids the problems of known valves being stuck, unable to be opened or closed after being used for a period of time. In the process of flow control, there is no wear on the valve plate; and it does not need manual opening, which is beneficial to use in automation systems; it is easy to install, and when a fault occurs, due to its unique structural characteristics, it can be maintained and replaced without disassembly.
