Sandblasting can not only remove rust, but also remove oil stains. Sandblasting is a double kill for workpieces that need to be painted. Sandblasting can be used in many ways, such as rust removal on the surface of parts, or it can be used to modify the surface of small parts, or it can be used for sandblasting on steel structures to increase the friction on the joint surface.
At present, the current industrial sandblasting is the material. This is mainly due to the strong wear of steel grit on many types of sandblasting machines. But there are also some problems with the sandblasting process.
1. The nozzle of the sandblasting machine does not produce sand: mainly because there are foreign objects in the nozzle, causing the nozzle to be clogged. When using abrasives for sandblasting, the sandblasting machine needs to be cleaned regularly, because due to the small size of the sandblasting, the larger and finer broken particles required will be blocked in some towers, thus affecting the use of the sandblasting machine.
2. The impact force of the sandblasting machine is not enough: If the impact force of the sandblasting machine is not enough, there will always be grinding force and rust spots cannot be produced well. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the pressure of the sandblasting machine itself is insufficient, resulting in a reduction in sand washing volume. Generally speaking, the sandblasting pressure should be greater than 0.7MPa. In addition, the size of the nozzle also affects the pressure, that is, the smaller the nozzle, the greater the pressure, but the nozzle should not be too small, because too small will affect the sandblasting efficiency.
In fact, in order to obtain good sandblasting results, the operator needs to master the sandblasting operation process document to learn and understand the sandblasting parameters.
