Shot blasting machine cleaning technology is one of the advanced technologies for surface cleaning, strengthening, polishing and deburring of various machine parts. Shot blasting equipment is mainly composed of shot blasting machine, hoist, separator, indoor conveying roller table and feeding and discharging conveying roller table, steel shot circulation system, purging mechanism, dust removal, electrical control and other components. Its main principle abandons the practice of compressed air as power, and uses shot blasting device and centrifugal force to project high-speed projection on the surface of the workpiece, especially to clean the dead corner of the inner cavity of the workpiece, so as to achieve the required brightness, cleanliness, and roughness. The purpose of strengthening and strengthening the surface of the workpiece greatly improves the service life and aesthetics of the parts.

According to the national standard GB8923-88 "Steel surface modification grade and rust removal grade before painting", the rust removal grade of shot blasting machine is divided into four grades, which are represented by the letter "Sa", and its specific meaning is: Sa1: mild sandblasting or shot blasting. There are no visible grease or dirt, scale, rust and paint coatings on the steel surface.

Sa2: Thoroughly blast and remove rust. The scale, rust and other attachments on the steel surface have been basically removed. The surface of the steel is uniformly arranged with shot dents formed after shot blasting, and the anti-slip coefficient reaches 0.35~0.45.

Sa2.5: Very thorough rust removal. Rust and paint coatings and other attachments on the steel surface, the remaining traces are only slight stains in the form of points or strips. The surface of the steel is uniformly arranged with shot dents formed after shot blasting, and the anti-slip coefficient reaches 0.45~05.

Sa3: Shot blasting to clean the appearance of steel. There should be no visible grease, dirt, paint and other attachments on the surface of the steel, and the surface should show a uniform metallic luster.
